This site uses no cookies, does not track your visit and sends no data to advertising networks.

Fonts and code are served from our own server; opening a page sends no request to any third party.

There is no form on the site. The "Draft the email" button opens the message in your own email app; nothing reaches us until you press send.

Which data, and why?

When you email us: your name, email address, company and whatever you share in your message. We use it to answer your request and plan a call. The legal basis is that it relates directly to setting up a contract, and our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-c and f).

When you visit the site: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may keep server logs with your IP address, the date and your browser for a short time, for security and to keep the service running. We do not use these logs to identify you.

Who receives it?

Our email runs on Google Workspace and the site is hosted on Cloudflare, so your correspondence and server logs may be transferred to servers abroad (KVKK art. 9). Your data is not shared with anyone else and is never sold.

How long is it kept?

Correspondence is kept for a reasonable period after the conversation ends and for as long as the law requires, then deleted.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, learn who it was shared with, object, and claim compensation for damage. Write to info@eryondigital.com; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
