For elevator maintenance companies
Bak&Ar
From maintenance to invoice, your elevator company's whole operation in one dashboard.
Customers, buildings, elevators, contracts, monthly maintenance, breakdowns, inspections, collections and e-invoicing in one place. Technicians work from the field on their phones: they fill in the maintenance form, attach photos and open an elevator's record with a QR code.
Preparing for launch

One dashboard instead of notebooks, spreadsheets and group chats.
When the maintenance plan lives in a notebook, debts in a spreadsheet and breakdown news in a WhatsApp group, work slips through. Bak&Ar keeps it all in the same record: which elevator was serviced when, who went, and how much each customer owes.
Everything an elevator company needs.
All connected in one record: an elevator's contract, maintenance, breakdowns and balance in one place.
Customers, buildings and elevators
Every elevator has a one-page record: make, capacity, inspection, building and customer. Breakdowns and its QR code are on the same page.
Moving from Excel
Upload the elevator list you already have from Excel; old records aren't typed in again.
Contracts
A contract starts with a finger signature on the phone; the monthly fee and the balance run on their own, and you see the days left until it ends.
Monthly maintenance calendar
Maintenance visits sit on a monthly calendar. Drag a visit onto a technician to assign it; overdue and unassigned visits are counted separately.
Breakdowns
The office can open a breakdown, and so can the technician in the field. Priority and resolution time are on the record; overdue ones turn red.
Inspections and regulations
Periodic inspection dates, label colours and regulatory forms; an elevator's record opens with its QR code.
Collections and receipts
Who owes what, the receipts issued and the payments collected on one screen; receipts go out over WhatsApp.
E-invoicing
Invoices are issued from the dashboard; the same invoice can't be sent twice.
Staff and permissions
The owner opens accounts for staff, resets passwords and closes accounts when needed. Everyone sees only what they're allowed to.
Reports and finance
Eleven ready-made reports: maintenance matrix, breakdown analysis, cash balance, debt ageing and more. The financial summary has its own screen.
The screens, as they are.
All taken from the running product, filled with a sample company's data.

In the field, on the phone.
Technicians work without stopping by the office. They sign in with their phone number, see the day's jobs and close the record from there when the job is done.
- Today's jobsToday's maintenance visits and assigned breakdowns in one list.
- Maintenance form and photosThe form is filled in on the phone with photos attached; the right form appears for the elevator type.
- QR for the elevatorScanning an elevator's QR code opens its record.
- BreakdownsA breakdown spotted in the field goes on record right away, even when nobody is at the office computer.
Tested before it goes live.
